 Dedicated to finding loving homes for abused, abandoned, and neglected children who are free for adoption.  Most of the children are older (often teens); have physical, mental, and emotional illness; are children of color; and may have brothers and sisters who wish to be placed together.

Mission:

Provides free, confidential, and accessible services to youth 12to 21, services include counseling intervention, street out-reach, transitional living program, emergency shelter for run-away and homeless youth age 12 to 18, student support centers, job readiness programs for in and out of school youth, after school program at East High, prevention education, youth development, and volunteer opportunities.  Alternative to Suspension programs offered at several RCSD elementary and high school.

Provides care for youth and families with wide range of emotional, behavior, or life circumstance challenges.  Offers mental health, child welfare, and Juvenile justice, special education, and developmental disabilities services to children and families.  Service basic and the strengths and need of individual youth, families, and communities.

When you can help someone that are in need it is a blessing to you and your children, children. Whatever good you can do to the poor and needy, God will bless you.
