Psalms 56:3- What time i am afraid I will trust in thee.

2 Timothy 1: 7- For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Having reading these Bible verses and memorizing them, it will improve the quality of your life.

God bless you, love and peace.

FAITH

13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;

DEMENTIA AWARENESS

                                                      DEMENTIA AWARENESS

Having love one with dementia, please do not abandon he or her. Show compassion, empathy, respect and be patient with them. It is a lot of work, but take into consideration, it could be you. Dementia do not discriminate, anyone can have it rich or poor. God bless and keep those of you who are taking care of a family who has dementia. Your reward is with the Lord.

Tips to help prevent agitation

To prevent or reduce agitation:
  • Create a calm environment.
Remove stressors. This may involve moving the person to a safer or quieter place, or offering a security object, rest or privacy. Try soothing rituals and limiting caffeine use.
  • Avoid environmental triggers.
Noise, glare and background distraction (such as having the television on) can act as triggers.
  • Monitor personal comfort.
Check for pain, hunger, thirst, constipation, full bladder, fatigue, infections and skin irritation. Make sure the room is at a comfortable temperature. Be sensitive to fears, misperceived threats and frustration with expressing what is wanted.
  • Simplify tasks and routines.
  • Provide an opportunity for exercise.
Go for a walk. Garden together. Put on music and dance.

Medical evaluation for contributing factors

Everyone who develops behavior changes should receive a thorough medical evaluation, especially if symptoms appear suddenly.
Even though the chief cause of behavioral symptoms is the effect of Alzheimer's disease on the brain, an examination may reveal other treatable conditions that are contributing to the behavior.
Contributing conditions may include:
Difficulty with communication
Because people with Alzheimer's gradually lose the ability to communicate, it's important to regularly monitor their comfort and anticipate their needs.

Learn more: Communication Tips
  • Drug side effects. Many people with Alzheimer's take prescription medications for other health issues. Drug side effects or interactions among drugs can affect behavior.
  • Discomfort from infections or other conditions. As the disease gets worse, those with Alzheimer's have increasing difficulty communicating with others about their experience. As a result, they may be unable to report symptoms of common illnesses. Pain from infections of the urinary tract, ear or sinuses may lead to restlessness or agitation. Discomfort from a full bladder, constipation, or feeling too hot or too cold also may be expressed through behavior.
  • Uncorrected problems with hearing or vision. These can contribute to confusion and frustration and foster a sense of isolation.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHAT TRIGGERS OFF YOUR LOVE ONE WHO HAS DEMENTIA.

IMMIGRANTS

The Word of the Living God Prayer Ministries
We are calling all Christians locally and internationally to see the need of poverty that leads to crime and violence in all society. That taking young people lives and sending them to prison is only prayer that can break the yoke of poverty and injustice. I need everyone with a merciful heart to walk in the shoes of poverty that these people are facing, think about you going to bed with nothing to eat, your belly rolling like thunder and lightening passing through the heavens nowhere to sleep, nowhere to have a bath and no one to turn to for help.  NOW WOULD YOU FEEL? Remember that in life somewhere you may have hit rock bottom and someone helps you out, please hear the cry of the suffering souls locally and internationally and pour out your heart of mercy and help them. Christian leaders, it is your responsibilities to light your candle, seeks out the oppressed souls all over the world, and helps them. In addition, do you know that we are fighting against immigrants, but we all are immigrants? Our four parents came to the United States, because they were looking for religious freedom and to find food to feed their families, as these hungry immigrants are doing worldwide. People who are risking their lives into America, and other countries, they are not doing it for fun. Alternatively, to take over the countries that they are risking their lives to get to, they knew that their families are hunger. Moreover, they are doing what it takes to feed them. In addition, what Christian and ungodly leaders should do, is to find out their needs and attend to them. Building these entire kingdoms on earth for fame is not necessary. What are necessary are to seek out the poor and homeless people, feed and sheltered them. Instead of wanting to build, a berlin wall around them God told Moses this,” For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.” (Deuteronomy 15:11)
Christian leaders especially should be the one that should fight for the poor and the oppressed. I walk the street day after day, I saw the young people suffering on the streets. When I minister to them, they have one language in common, we cannot get a job because we had trouble with the law and everyone despises us-so we are on the streets struggling to survive.  To find food to feed their hungry families I am talking about poor people who are working on farms and are under paid, just to find food to feed their hungry children. Christians, if you are serving the true and living God who provides for you a roof over your heads, food on the table, clothes on your backs, shoes on your feet, a heartbeat every second, fresh air and other social lifestyles. You would not be fighting against the poor immigrants who are struggling to survive. Your four parents came in this country for the same thing these poor immigrants are risking their lives for daily. Give mercy a chance, this is not our land, it’s God’s land when we die we, there not take this land with us. We are here to tarry and help each other, not to fight and kill each other.  Walk in these people shoes and you will understand.  Every Christian should have compassion. Jesus has compassion on the poor and needy souls.  Read these  scripture verses,
Luke 4:18 - The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Mark 10:21 - Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. Luke 6:20-26 - And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed [be ye] poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
People who profess that they are Christians by mouth; I truly do not mix with them. I try to mingle with people who worship God from their hearts. People who are true followers of Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God of Israel, not false prophets who are preaching love and do not know the true meaning of love. Jesus first showed us love, he laid down his life for each one of us, and so we are here not to fight each other but to love and care for each other. I invite you to read John 16 and 1 Corinthian 13.  Poverty leads to crime and violence and Christians should pray to God to shun away crime and violence from our nations and have mercy on us. We have no reason to be fighting the poor and needy immigrants; we need to help them as much as we can. Not only in America, but also all over the world where their needs are we sin against God in every breath that we breathe. Tell me, if God should deal with us as those of you who are fighting down the immigrants, we would all die and there would not be a soul in this world telling who not to go into certain country or not. What I learned about life, one could not be too high to fall in the valley of poverty. We all should be grateful to God that we are able to fend for ourselves and have enough that we do not have to be risking our lives in going to another country in order to find food and raiments. Those of you Christians that are fortunate, say thank you Jesus. Moreover, something is still missing from your lives; loving each other is not in your equations.
MAY GOD OPEN YOUR EYES TO COMPASSION, EMPATHY, LOVE, JUSTICE AND A MINDSET TO HELP THE POOR AND NEEDY IMMIGRANTS IN ALL NATIONS WHO ARE VULNERABLE AND SEEKING HELP CHRISTIANS STOP CRIME AND VIOLENCE, PRAY FOR THE POOR AND NEEDY SOULS. STOP FIGHTING THEM.

MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU

Doctrine
2 Timothy 3:16 lists four “profitable” things that can be obtained through the study of Scripture. The first of these is doctrine. Doctrine is the body of beliefs, principles, and teachings foundational to the Christian Faith. The core tenets comprise the basic, indisputable precepts that define what every Christian should believe. The fundamental doctrines of Christianity are based in what the Bible teaches and can be supported by specific Scriptures verifying their legitimacy.

PROSECUTION

 STRENGTH FOR PROSECUTION
Do not worry about what people wants to say about you as a leader of a church. They will prosecute you but live a innocent lifestyle and do the work of God and stand still and see the salvation of God. To run a ministry is not a easy job as Joice Myers once said, it takes long suffering she continued to say. In the end you can say you have fought a good fight as Paul the Apostle said, and you had finished the race- then Jesus will say well come into my Father's Kingdom. You are mostly prosecuted when you are living right. Jesus been there done that. We are his followers, we have to journey with him.

May God bless you-run the good race...

EDUCATION

Think food and raiment's not another Berlin’s Wall

If certain country tore down the Berlin's Wall, why building another one. Use the money that you want to use to build another Berlin’s Wall to buy food for the poor and needy families; provide them with shelters, clean water, and a sound education so that they will be able to fend for themselves. May be the person who wants to build this wall has never experience hunger. I experienced hunger, I know what it is when you are hungry and there is nothing to eat or drink until your spit becomes acid. This is why I would like the person who wants to waste billions of dollars on another Berlin's Wall to use that money to feed the people and the needy and sheltered the homeless people. In fact, if they could fend for themselves and their families, there is no reason for them to be risking their lives to enter another man's land working on farms and doing other odd jobs just to sustain lives. You suggested you want to build a wall- Instead of another Berlin’s Wall, think love, kindness and mercy. Wear the poor man's shoes for a while, and you will experience how it feels to be hungry and have no roof over your head. Love one another, take care of one another, and leave the rest in the hands of God he will take care of every given situation.
May God bless you. THINK BEFORE YOU ACT…

DO NOT BUILD THAT WALL- SHOW COMPASSION FOR THE POOR AND NEEDY.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU.

"Take Me to the King" Tamela Mann, First Baptist Church of Glenarden

JOY

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

MAKE JESUS YOUR LOVE AND JOY!

BECOME A CHRISTIAN

When a person becomes a Christian, the Bible teaches that God fills the new believer with His Holy Spirit. This is the New Creation reality spoken of in 1 Corinthians 5:17. The work of God within is perfect. He has left nothing out and nothing undone, but now the new child of God has the responsibility to renew his mind. "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:2)

Be a Christian, do not tie yourself to this world, it has nothing to offers you other than condemnations suffering and pain.

RENEW YOUR MIND-STUDY THE WORD OF GOD.
